Terms of service

Mentus interviews business operators by voice and compiles the answers into an Operating Pack: the free Operating Health Assessment (one per company), the Full Operating Pack ($299 one-time, including three process deep-dive interviews), and Mentus Live ($99 per month per company: team Q&A, AI-tool connections, and corrections).

You need an account to run interviews. You're responsible for what happens under your account and for having the right to share the business information you provide.

Everything you say in interviews and everything compiled from it belongs to you. You grant us just enough license to operate the service: storing, processing, and displaying your content to you and the people you share it with. We never sell it or use it to build anything for anyone else.

The Mentus software, design, and interview methods remain ours. Don't resell the service, scrape it, or probe it for vulnerabilities without asking first.

The Full Operating Pack is a one-time charge. Mentus Live bills monthly per company through Stripe and can be canceled anytime from the Manage billing link on your dashboard — cancellation stops future charges at the end of the paid month, switches off the Live machinery, and touches none of your data or exports.

Something wrong with a purchase? Email hello@mentus.ai — we'd rather refund a purchase than argue about one.

Packs are compiled from conversation by AI and reviewed by you — they can contain mistakes, and correcting them is part of the product. Mentus assesses and records how your business operates; it is not professional advice, and decisions you make from your pack are yours. The service is provided as-is, and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

We can suspend accounts that abuse the service (fraud, resource abuse, illegal content). We'll always let you export your data unless the law prevents it.

If these terms change materially, we'll note it here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by Oregon law, and disputes belong in the state or federal courts of Oregon. Questions: hello@mentus.ai.
