How Mentus Live works
$99/mo per company · annual $899 · comes after the Full Operating Pack
Your AI tools are only as good as what they know about your business. Mentus is how they know it.
Connect once, about a minute
Your dashboard gives you a connector URL. Paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor — Settings → Connectors — one time. From then on, those tools can read your Operating Pack the moment a question calls for it.
Your team gets the same power without any setup at Ask Mentus, a simple page where anyone you invite can ask how the business runs and get answers from the pack alone — every answer shows its sources. Ten seats included.
What that looks like in practice
A new account manager asks Claude: "When do we charge the rush rate?" Claude checks your pack and answers with the actual rule — including why the rule exists and when it doesn't apply, in the owner's own words.
The account manager replies: "Actually, the rush minimum went to $250 this spring." That correction is filed to your dashboard. You approve it that evening, and every future answer — in every connected tool — carries the new rule. The old version is kept as history, never deleted.
Your corrections belong to you
When your team corrects an AI tool, that knowledge usually evaporates into the vendor's logs. With Mentus, every correction lands in your pack as a recorded change you approved — your operating knowledge compounding under your ownership, not someone else's. Your team's corrections belong to your pack, not to your AI vendor.
What it cannot do — on purpose
No ambient access. Mentus is consulted only when a tool decides your pack is relevant to a question. We never see your other chats, files, or history.
Scoped to one company. The connector is tied to exactly one pack. Answers can never draw on anyone else's business.
Fresh without copies. Tools read the pack live at answer time — nothing is downloaded or synced, so a Tuesday correction is in every Wednesday answer.
Revocable, not hostage. Cancel and the connection simply goes quiet. Your pack, your reports, and your exports keep working — the subscription gates the machinery, never your data.
Getting there
Live sits on top of the Full Operating Pack ($299 one-time) — the 60-minute interview that gives your AI tools something worth knowing. Both start from the free 15-minute Operating Health Assessment.
